Paragon Family Practice is a primary care provider located in Lexington, Kentucky with sattelite offices located in Jessamine, Scott, and Woodford counties.

Our staff of nurse practitioners, doctors and technicians are trained to care for the entire family at every stage of life. From newborns to the elderly, we are available to provide the preventive, acute and diagnostic medical attention needed to keep individuals healthy and active.

We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare.

Paragon Family Practice was founded in 2004 and continues to grow not only in locations, but also in services and outreach programs offered to our patients. We are in the process of transitioning our patient records into Electronic Medical records in an effort to improve patient care and communication with your entire medical team
